Like not responding froze?
The state timer that deals with idleing and moving bugs out sometimes and stops for like 5 mins but I’ve just never found where that’s coming from (┬┬﹏┬┬)
it didn't work for me i tried opening and it said "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. reinstalling may fix this problem."
These dll dependency errors are going to be the end of me I swear xP
But I may have found the problem, you should be able to download the update now~

I don’t know how to help you then dude, have you got the latest C++ Redistributable installed? Have you tried installing the runtime library file (MSVCP140.dll) with Visual Studio? Download VSDownload CRT

ya basically, not a single capy was moving i had it opened waiting for it to move for like 20 mins (◞‸◟；)
